Reclaimed re-sawn pine floorboards 210mm (8 1/4 inch). Wonderfully wide reclaimed pine floorboards from a batch of old joists that we salvaged from an old warehouse in Catford South East London. These boards were chosen for their light tone which will work well with lye and soap or Dinesen type products for a traditional Scandinavian look of light coloured floorboards that resists yellowing and add light to darker rooms. We understand that working with old reclaimed boards can be tricky so to ease installation we have planed each side of the boards.
Re-sawing old joists stops them going to landfill and is a good way to produce slow grown old pine boards for flooring or wall cladding. Supplied unfinished so will require sanding and finishing.
